Deluxe Sea View rooms are upstairs from the Bengal Suites, and also offer splendid sea views from the balcony. The room gives the privilege of relaxing while watching the sun disappear on the horizon from your own private balcony.

Room Rate

1. All room rates are inclusive international breakfast, 10% Service Charge & 10 % Government Tax.

2. No additional room charge for children under (12) years of age. Sharing the same bed with parent or limited to one child per room. In case of a second child an extra bed charge will be added on.

3. For the child sharing the same bed with the parents, who is under ( 4 ) years breakfast will be complimentary and ( 4 ) years & above up to 12 years old will be charged at the half price of adult breakfast rate.

4. Baby Cot will be provided subject to availability on a complementary basis.

5. Maximum allowable occupancy in a room is (3) adult guests and one child.

6. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

7. All reservation should be made through Yangon reservation office with pre payment.

8. Compulsory Dinner with relevant charges will be on 24th of December (Christmas Eve Dinner) and 31st of December (New Year Eve Dinner).

9. Pets are not allowed in the resort.
